Momentaj Inc. ("Momentaj", "we", "us") operates momentaj.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use a contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter, and the service you select. Forms are submitted through Web3Forms, which delivers the message to our email.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These services set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site, and interactions with the page. Microsoft Clarity may record anonymised session replays. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.
We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a proposal
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site
- To keep the site secure and diagnose problems
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact-form information for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), and our hosting and email providers. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Microsoft Clarity honours the browser's Global Privacy Control signal. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your use of the site.
Retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each provider, which we keep at the shortest practical period.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact-form messages are delivered to a mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Children
The site is intended for business visitors and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
