A virtual senior engineering team of role-based AI agents, an Architect, a QA reviewer and a Security reviewer, that reads every code change, backed by a retrieval layer built for code: code-aware chunks, a dependency graph on Neo4j and hybrid search.
Valco AI - Real Estate Intelligence Platform for Dubai
The Dubai Land Department's open property data turned into market intelligence for Valco Properties: ETL pipelines, a modelled market database, forecasting and scoring models, and a conversational assistant that recommends the best options for a client.
MayAI - A Consumer AI Agent for Household Tasks
A home butler for households in the UAE: from one chat message, an AI agent finds restaurants and dishes in Dubai, shows the menus and builds the order. Designed and built by Momentaj to a working prototype in English and Arabic.

Private Lending Platform - Funding Instalment Plans with Investor Capital
Investors put capital into wallets; the platform funds customers' instalment plans with it and pays each investor back with interest as instalments fall due. Investor wallets, automatic matching, a declining-balance interest engine and a ledger built so that no payment can be posted twice. In production.
Trip Support - Booking Platform for a Canadian Online Travel Agency
Flights, hotels, vacation packages, travel insurance, guided tours and Buy Now, Pay Later on one platform, in two currencies and two languages. Momentaj designed and built it as fractional CTO from 2019 to 2022, grew the team from one person to 14, and handed it to an in-house team.

Momentrack - Real-Time Tracking of Emergency-Response Resources
A federal R&D contract to show, in real time, where every vehicle, kit and responder is during a multi-agency incident. Momentaj led a team of nine and delivered the proof of concept in six months, on schedule, taking it from TRL 3 to TRL 4.
uBeac - Multi-Tenant IoT Platform for Smart Buildings
An IoT platform that turned off-the-shelf Bluetooth gateways into live building dashboards in minutes. Founded by Momentaj's founder, grown to more than 3,000 registered users, acquired in 2020, and now published as an open-source reference architecture.

An open-source CMS for .NET, built on ASP.NET Core and Blazor, that works as both a page-building CMS and a headless CMS on one API, with AI-assisted writing built in. Created by Momentaj; 560+ GitHub stars.
YeSvelte - UI Component Library for Svelte
An open-source Svelte component library whose look is a swappable theme: Tabler (Bootstrap) or daisyUI (Tailwind). Switch the whole UI by swapping one stylesheet. 222 GitHub stars.
