These terms govern your use of momentaj.com (the "site"), operated by Momentaj Inc. ("Momentaj", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They do not govern our consulting or development services, which are covered by a separate written agreement with each client.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or with the site's operation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, or use automated means to extract its content other than through the files we publish for that purpose, such as our sitemap and llms.txt.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, logos and images on the site belong to Momentaj or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names and logos appear with the consent of the clients concerned and remain their property. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site without our written permission. Our open-source projects are licensed separately under the terms stated in each repository.

Case studies and figures

Case studies describe work as it was delivered at the time. Figures such as users, throughput and dates are given in good faith from project records. They are not a promise of the results any other project will achieve.

No professional advice

Content on the site, including articles and service descriptions, is general information about our work and the technologies we use. It is not legal, financial or engineering advice for your situation, and no client relationship is created by reading it or by sending us a message.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services such as analytics and form delivery. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentaj is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
